Why was the casting of Ncuti Gatwa a significant moment in the history of Doctor Who? Most of the actors for doctor who were white and looked a specific way but Ncuti Gatwa was the first actor in doctor who which looked different

One reason is that it looks fun and entertaining,a second reason is that the acting is good.Lastly,the cgi and the budget into the show makes it look good and makes the audience intreaged to watch it.
How is this scene constructed to tell the audience the history of Doctor Who? Think about the script, camerawork and acting. In the script the actors spoke about the show in a way that shows he knows what he's talking about.

What would a Doctor Who fan ('Whovian') like or dislike about this scene? The dramatic music in specific scenes would make a "Whovian" like the scene as the dramatic music would make the scene more thrilling and likeable.
