The main prop in the poster is the shark underneath the woman implying that the shark is going to kill the woman. Also, the shark being in the poster shows that the shark is the main plot of the movie and will be a big part in it.

The poster shows a woman swimming happily in the see but underneath the water is a huge shark going towards her with its mouth open. The sharks mouth being open implies to a viewer that the shark is getting ready to eat woman. This shows that the movie would be very thrilling and dark.
